Key Areas of Service

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping can be thought of as the general tasks required to keep your ‘books’ up to date. It can include receipting, invoicing, GST returns, payroll, and all the systems and processes involved to keep good records and fulfill all the requirements of your Accountant or Auditor. They love it when your year end accounts are clean!

Xero Cloud Accounting

We use Xero software because it is cost effective, super user friendly, safe and accessible anywhere by internet. Attractive sales invoices and reports, and storage for all your scanned files in the cloud – no more paper wars.
Xero is easy to convert to and all training can be provided.

Training

To keep everyone in the good books we provide training for your administration, accounting or management staff. Whether it is for Xero, Hubdoc, Approval Max or other Add On technology, we provide ongoing support and training.
For new clients we can also review your current accounts and bookkeeping practices for a ‘tune up’ to make sure you are clean and compliant for peace of mind.

Reporting for NFP’s

Not for Profit organisations and Charities have special reporting requirements. We are experts in tailoring regular reports for Trustees and Management that are clear and concise.

We can provide your year-end annual financial statements in the required PBE Tier format, ready for audit, and enjoy working with your key staff and auditors to get this done efficiently and on time!
